Job summary

Polo Hotels in Meghalaya invites an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the guest services team on our properties in India. You will be responsible for directing daily front desk operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

You will develop and implement front office procedures, coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to maintain seamless operations and high guest satisfaction.
