Job summary

WAY2GO_Consultant Service is seeking a Guest Relations Executive in Mumbai (BKC- Dharavi area) for upscale client experiences at the site office. The role requires a graduate with minimum 4 years of VIP guest handling experience, strong communication, and coordination with Sales and Pre-Sales teams.

The candidate will manage front desk operations, inventory, events support, and ensure guests receive personalized attention while maintaining lobby hygiene and smooth inter-team communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required.
• Min 4 years VIP guest handling experience.
• Experience in site office guest services.

Responsibilities

• Provide upscale guest experiences to clients visiting the site office.
• Ensure guests are properly greeted upon arrival.
• Monitor daily updates from Sales and Pre-Sales teams and assign client slots.
• Coordinate inventory (pantry, stationery, brochures, etc.).
• Provide accurate feedback to the Sales Officer after site visits.
• Ensure special guests receive personalized attention.
• Coordinate and manage communication between guests and team.
• Demonstrate strong communication and accurate information delivery.
• Oversee housekeeping to ensure cleanliness and hygiene of front office / lobby.
• Assist and coordinate with teams for events at the site for smooth execution.

Role And Responsibilities

• Provide upscale guest experiences to clients / Guests visiting the site office.
• Ensure guests/ clients are properly greeted upon their arrival
• Monitoring daily updates from Sales Team and Pre Sales Team and ensuring Client Slots are assigned.
• Coordinate Inventory (Pantry, stationery, Brochures, etc.,)
• Give accurate feedback to the Sales Officer post Sample unit visit.
• Ensure special guests receive personalized attention.
• Coordinate and manage communication between guests and Team
• Expected flair for communication, with the ability to decimate information in an accurate manner.
• Monitoring & supervising the housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness & hygiene of Front office / Lobby area.
• Participating and coordinating with other teams in the planning and Execution of events that happen at the site, ensuring smooth execution.
