Job summary

WAY2GO is seeking a Guest Relations Executive for its site office in Mumbai (BKC-Dharavi). The role requires a Graduate with about 4 years of VIP guest handling experience to greet visitors and ensure exceptional experiences.

You will coordinate with Sales and Pre-Sales teams, manage inventory and communications, and supervise the front office to maintain cleanliness and professionalism during events and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate with relevant degree.
• Minimum 4 years of VIP guest handling experience.
• Provide upscale guest experiences and greet clients at site office.

Responsibilities

• Provide upscale guest experiences to clients visiting the site office.
• Ensure guests are properly greeted upon arrival.
• Monitor daily updates from Sales/Pre-Sales and allocate client slots.
• Coordinate inventory (pantry, stationery, brochures) and keep stock tidy.
• Provide accurate feedback to Sales Officer after site visits.
• Ensure special guests receive personalized attention and care.
• Coordinate and manage communication between guests and team.
• Maintain clear, concise communication and relay information accurately.
• Supervise housekeeping to keep front office and lobby clean and hygienic.
• Assist in planning and executing site events for smooth delivery.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide upscale guest experiences to clients / Guests visiting the site office.
• Ensure guests/ clients are properly greeted upon their arrival
• Monitoring daily updates from Sales Team and Pre Sales Team and ensuring Client Slots are assigned.
• Coordinate Inventory (Pantry, stationery, Brochures, etc.,)
• Give accurate feedback to the Sales Officer post Sample unit visit.
• Ensure special guests receive personalized attention.
• Coordinate and manage communication between guests and Team
• Expected flair for communication, with the ability to decimate information in an accurate manner.
• Monitoring & supervising the housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness & hygiene of Front office / Lobby area.
• Participating and coordinating with other teams in the planning and Execution of events that happen at the site, ensuring smooth execution.
