Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and business partners, ensuring a professional and welcoming first impression.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages with promptness, accuracy, and appropriate follow-up.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for consultants and executives.
- Maintain and update office directories, visitor logs, and internal communication records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and document distribution with precision.
- Support administrative functions including filing, data entry, and preparation of reports and presentations.
- Ensure the front office area is clean, organised, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist in organising internal events, client meetings, and conference room setups.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and documentation.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and client expectations to deliver consistent service.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a front office, administrative, or client-facing role, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English and regional language(s) as applicable.
- Proven client interfacing skills with a demonstrated ability to manage diverse interactions with professionalism and empathy.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with email clients (e.g., Outlook, Gmail) and email etiquette.
