The Front Office Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth, professional, and efficient operation of the consulting firm’s reception and administrative functions. Acting as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal stakeholders, this role demands exceptional interpersonal and organisational abilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, coordinating communications, supporting executive teams, and maintaining a welcoming and productive office environment. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and business partners, ensuring a professional and welcoming first impression.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages with promptness, accuracy, and appropriate follow-up.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for consultants and executives.
  • Maintain and update office directories, visitor logs, and internal communication records.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and document distribution with precision.
  • Support administrative functions including filing, data entry, and preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Ensure the front office area is clean, organised, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Assist in organising internal events, client meetings, and conference room setups.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and documentation.
  • Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and client expectations to deliver consistent service.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in a front office, administrative, or client-facing role, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English and regional language(s) as applicable.
  • Proven client interfacing skills with a demonstrated ability to manage diverse interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with email clients (e.g., Outlook, Gmail) and email etiquette.
