Job summary

Hyatt Centric Philadelphia is seeking a Guest Service Officer to provide an excellent guest experience across reception, executive floor, communications center and concierge. You will ensure a seamless guest experience from check-in to departure.

Ideally you hold a hospitality degree, have at least 2 years in hotel operations, and possess strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to thrive in a dynamic city hotel.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
