Job summary

You will work with HR and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into robust architectures and drive data-driven improvements across talent management, learning, and workforce planning.

As a Solution Architect, you will help select HR tools, ensure cross-system integration, and maintain privacy and security standards while staying current with HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering/CS/IT).
• Master's degree in Information Systems or Software Engineering preferred.

• Contribute to the design and implementation of HR technology solutions that support business goals and improve employee experience.
• Work with HR and IT stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs.

• Assist in evaluating and selecting HR tools and technologies based on business needs and technical feasibility.
• Provide technical input during solution development, testing, and deployment phases, ensuring alignment with architectural standards.
• Monitor solution performance and recommend improvements to enhance usability, efficiency, and data quality.
• Ensure HR solutions adhere to data governance, privacy, and security standards.
• Stay informed on HR technology trends and contribute insights to improve solution design and delivery.
