Job summary

Genpact in Gurugram, India, invites applications for an Accounts Payable professional. You will manage invoice processing, matching with PO/receipts, and vendor reconciliations while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will oversee GM/GRIR reports, aging analysis, and audit readiness. Strong Excel, English communication, and data literacy are essential for timely, accurate processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance-related field.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and controls.
• In-depth experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and SAP WEBI.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AP/invoice processing and vendor reconciliations.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across transactions.
• Prepare AP reports and monitor aging and outstanding invoices.
• Resolve invoice holds and coordinate with stakeholders to expedite payments.
• Lead vendor/supplier query handling and maintain supplier statements.
