The role requires adhering to SOPs, maintaining patient confidentiality, and working in rotating shifts (6:30 AM–3:30 PM and 1:00 PM–10:00 PM).

• Assist patients with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation as required.
• Provide accurate information regarding available doctors, consultations, timings, and services.
• Understand the patient's requirement and route/escalate the query to the appropriate healthcare team or doctor when necessary.
• Maintain accurate patient information and call details in the system.
• Make follow-up calls to patients wherever required and ensure timely communication.
• Handle patient queries professionally while maintaining polite and empathetic communication.
• Follow the organization's standard operating procedures (SOPs), call protocols, and quality guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and healthcare-related information.
• Achieve assigned productivity, call quality, and accuracy targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve patient-related issues and provide timely updates.
• Escalate urgent or complex patient concerns to the concerned team according to the defined process.
• Maintain proper documentation and update the status of each interaction in the system.
• Be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including the assigned 6:30 AM–3:30 PM and 1:00 PM–10:00 PM shifts.
