Infinite Computing Systems, Inc. is seeking freshers as Trainee Recruiters - US Staffing to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. This is a night shift, office-based role with transport provided only between Andheri Station and the office.

You will learn end-to-end US staffing, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and gain knowledge of work authorizations like H1B, L1 and TN. Graduates from any discipline are welcome.

Qualifications

• Freshers who are interested in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / US Staffing.
• Graduates from any discipline are welcome.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a night shift.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
• Candidates with an interest in the IT/Technology domain will be preferred.

Responsabilités

• Understand US Staffing and IT recruitment processes.
• Source candidates via portals, databases, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Review and screen resumes against job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to gauge candidate skills and experience.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate information in internal systems.
• Learn US work authorizations such as H1B, H4 EAD, GC, EAD, L1 and TN.
• Understand US staffing terms such as W2, C2C, 1099 and CTH.
• Communicate professionally and build strong candidate relationships.
• Work with Recruiters, Account Managers, Leads, and Managers to meet hiring needs.
• Learn Boolean search techniques and effective sourcing strategies.

Work Location: Office-based

Night Shift: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST Mon to Fri (Sat-Sun fixed off)

Experience: Freshers / Entry-Level Candidates

This is a nightshift, office-based role. Candidates must be comfortable working from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST. Transport is provided only between Andheri Station and the office.
