Job summary

RoboMQ is seeking a creative Email Marketing Associate to join its sales team in Jaipur, India. You will manage and execute targeted email campaigns to support outbound efforts, boost lead engagement, and drive revenue.

This role collaborates closely with sales to optimize communication strategy and campaign performance. The ideal candidate has 0–2 years in email marketing, strong writing skills, and a data-driven mindset to improve KPIs across campaigns and audiences.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in email marketing, ideally in a B2B sales environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on sales and outbound messaging.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on KPIs and performance-driven improvements.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, Mailchimp).
• Basic understanding of email deliverability, personalization, and warm‑up strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage outbound and nurture email campaigns to support sales goals.
• Manage lead segmentation for precise targeting based on source, behavior, engagement level, and demographics.
• Monitor inboxes, handle replies, and assist in lead qualification.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance (open rates, reply rates, click rates, conversions) and make data-driven recommendations.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, copy, timing, and sequence steps.

• Write compelling, personalized email copy tailored to different industries, personas, and stages of the buyer journey.
