Job summary

CloudSoft Global in Mumbai (Remote) seeks a hands-on Marketing Executive to run multi-channel outbound campaigns for B2B software clients. You’ll own email marketing end-to-end, drive LinkedIn outreach, and manage SMS campaigns using tools we’ll train you on.

This role suits a quick learner fluent with AI tools and eager to measure and improve campaigns. You’ll plan, build, and optimize campaigns, monitor deliverability, leverage AI content tools, and report performance to inform iterations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of marketing experience in product/software, ideally selling to US/UK/Canada.
• Proven multi-channel campaign experience (email, LinkedIn, SMS).
• Strong command of AI content tools and understanding of AI applications.
• Hands-on experience with email automation platforms including domain and warm-up management.
• Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach and connection-based marketing.
• Fast learner who picks up new tools quickly and independently.
• Strong written English and campaign metrics focus.

Marketing Executive – Email, LinkedIn & SMS Campaign Management

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive to run multi-channel outbound and marketing campaigns for multiple B2B software clients. You'll own email marketing end to end, drive LinkedIn outreach, and manage SMS campaigns using tools we'll train you on. This role is ideal for a quick learner who is genuinely fluent with AI tools and excited to run, measure, and continuously improve campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and manage email marketing campaigns for multiple clients using Instantly (or similar email automation platforms).
• Manage the full email infrastructure: domains, mailbox setup, email warm-up, deliverability, and sender reputation.
• Run LinkedIn marketing: connecting with prospects, sending personalized messages, and managing outreach sequences.
• Manage SMS / text message marketing using provided tools (full training given).
• Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok) to create and optimize campaign content, copy, and messaging.
• Execute campaigns for business events, product features, product updates, new product introductions, and partnership announcements.
• Track, measure, and report on campaign performance; iterate to improve results over time.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally with product/software companies selling into the US, UK, or Canada.
• Proven experience running and improving multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, SMS).
• Strong practical command of AI content tools and a solid understanding of how AI works and where it's applied, not just prompt-and-copy.
• Hands-on experience with email automation platforms (Instantly preferred), including domain and warm-up management.
• Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach and connection-based marketing.
• A fast learner who picks up new tools quickly and independently.
• Strong written English and attention to campaign metrics.

Nice to Have

• Experience with deliverability best practices and cold-email infrastructure.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS marketing and event-driven campaigns.
