SHARDA CONSULTANCY SERVICES is seeking a dedicated Freelance Recruiter to join remotely from anywhere in India. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, source candidates, screen, and coordinate interviews, posting jobs on LinkedIn and other portals.

The role requires at least 1 year of recruitment experience and familiarity with international BPO hiring.) You can expect daily incentives based on performance, flexible work hours, and the freedom to work from home while delivering quality hires

We are seeking a dedicated Freelance Recruiter to join our team, working from the comfort of your home. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for recruitment and a knack for identifying top talent. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, and following up with potential hires. You will be expected to generate 5-10 relevant leads daily and post job openings on LinkedIn and other social platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, particularly in the International BPO sector, and must be familiar with job portals such as Times and Shine.
