Daily lead generation (5–10 leads) and posting roles on LinkedIn and other portals are required, with incentives based on performance. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in recruitment, preferably in the BPO sector, and strong communication skills to conduct telephonic interviews and maintain candidate
