SHARDA CONSULTANCY SERVICES is seeking a dedicated Freelance Recruiter to work from home in India. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, source candidates, conduct screens, and post jobs on LinkedIn and other platforms. The role rewards with performance incentives and flexible work from home arrangements.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of recruitment experience, especially in BPO, and are comfortable with telephonic interviews and candidate engagement throughout the process.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Experience in BPO recruitment is preferred.
• Familiar with Times and Shine job portals.
• Strong communication and telephonic interview skills.
• Ability to generate 5–10 relevant leads daily.
