Job summary

Haridwarbn is seeking a BFSI recruitment specialist to source and screen candidates for banking, financial services and insurance roles across India, leveraging portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.

You will understand hiring requirements, identify relevant BFSI profiles, coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, and follow-ups, and maintain a strong talent pool and pipeline. This role offers flexible hours and work-from-home options with performance-based earnings.

Qualifications
