Job summary

Untold Studios in Mumbai is seeking a Production Coordinator to liaise between production and artists, manage deadlines and targets, and coordinate dailies for artist reviews. The role requires excellent communication and proactive information management to keep projects on track.

You will work with Shotgrid and production teams to build schedules, track feedback, and ensure episodic or feature projects are delivered on time and within budget, reporting to the Head of Production.

Responsibilities

• Developing strong relationships with artists, producers and the Untold team.
• Participating in dailies, rounds and reviews to take notes and follow up on information, particularly feedback that needs addressing.
• Strategising and implementing tasks and targets, ensuring the delivery of episodic / feature projects on time and budget.
• Adapting in a fast-paced environment, anticipating problems, communicating them to the producer and resolving them swiftly.
• Manage new starters, sickness and toil as appropriate.
• Anticipating and communicating issues to the Producer / Executive Producer and resolving them accordingly.
• Working with the Producer and Executive Producer to build a detailed schedule and track progress/feedback through Shotgrid.

The Role As a Production Coordinator, you will liaise between production and artists to manage deadlines and meet targets. This role will require excellent communication skills and proactive management of information and coordination of dailies for artist reviews.

You must have a strong working knowledge of VFX line production processes and workflows as well as confidence in your ability to manage high-quality work and talented artists. A solid knowledge of Shotgun is desirable alongside experience within the long-form space.
