Job summary

Untold Studios in Mumbai, India, is seeking a VFX Artist (Discipline) to serve as Production Coordinator, liaising between production and artists to manage deadlines and dailies for reviews.

You will bring strong knowledge of VFX line production workflows, coordinate feedback, and manage schedules with Shotgrid, ensuring high-quality work across episodic and feature projects in a fast-paced studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with artists, producers and the Untold team.
• Participate in dailies, rounds and reviews; take notes and track feedback.
• Strategise and implement tasks to ensure episodic/feature delivery on time and budget.
• Adapt in a fast-paced environment and communicate issues to the producer.
• Manage new starters, sickness and toil as appropriate.
• Build and track detailed schedules using Shotgrid with Producer/EP.

The Role
As a Production Coordinator, you will liaise between production and artists to manage deadlines and meet targets. This role will require excellent communication skills and proactive management of information and coordination of dailies for artist reviews.

You must have a strong working knowledge of VFX line production processes and workflows as well as confidence in your ability to manage high-quality work and talented artists. A solid knowledge of Shotgun is desirable alongside experience within the long-form space.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Developing strong relationships with artists, producers and the Untold team.
• Participating in dailies, rounds and reviews to take notes and follow up on information, particularly feedback that needs addressing.
• Strategising and implementing tasks and targets, ensuring the delivery of episodic / feature projects on time and budget.
• Adapting in a fast-paced environment, anticipating problems, communicating them to the producer and resolving them swiftly.
• Manage new starters, sickness and toil as appropriate.
• Anticipating and communicating issues to the Producer / Executive Producer and resolving them accordingly.
• Working with the Producer and Executive Producer to build a detailed schedule and track progress/feedback through Shotgrid.
