Role Overview:

This freelance opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong communication, sales, or networking abilities who want to work flexibly while building a scalable side income. You’ll be responsible for sourcing and referring potential clients who require resume writing or personal branding services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate high-quality leads through your personal and professional network
• Promote The Resume Builder’s services through social media platforms, messaging apps, and referrals
• Share company-approved content, testimonials, and service highlights to attract prospective clients
• Coordinate and schedule introductory calls or Google Meet sessions between leads and our resume writing team
• Follow up on leads to ensure a smooth communication and conversion process
• Maintain organized records of all referrals, communications, and lead statuses
• Collaborate regularly with our freelance coordination team and provide updates on outreach efforts

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in lead generation, sales, marketing, HR, or recruitment is a plus—but not mandatory
• Open to candidates from non-HR backgrounds with strong interpersonal and networking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
