Meeravi HR Solutions in Mumbai offers a part-time Founder's Office Intern role (HR + Ops). You will work directly with the founder, learn how an HR consultancy runs, and contribute to candidate screening, client updates, and keeping operations on track.

This is a fresher-friendly internship (25–30 hours/week) with real responsibilities, room to grow into a full-time role, and a focus on practical HR work including sourcing, screening, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Fresher or recent graduate with interest in HR, talent acquisition and operations.
• Strong written and spoken English; comfortable with calls to candidates and clients.
• At least one internship or project involving HR functions such as recruitment or onboarding.
• Eager to learn, open to feedback, and able to own mistakes and fix them.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable with follow-through.
• Looking for solutions and proactive in challenging situations.

Responsabilités

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, portals and referrals for active client roles.
• Conduct initial screening calls and maintain an organised candidate pipeline.
• Prepare candidate profiles and shortlists for client presentations.
• Support client check-ins and update hiring progress.
• Maintain documentation across client records and HR documents.
• Help build and improve internal processes as we grow.
• Use AI tools to work smarter on routine tasks.

About the Internship

This is a part-time internship (25-30 hours a week) for a fresher who is serious about building a career in HR. You will work directly with the founder and learn how an HR consultancy runs from the inside: how we find and screen candidates, manage client relationships, and keep operations running smoothly.

This is not a "fetch and file" internship. You will be trusted with real work from the start, given regular feedback, and taught everything we know. Our goal is for the right intern to grow into a full-time role and build their career with Meeravi.

What You Will Do

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals for active client roles
• Conduct initial screening calls and maintain an organised candidate pipeline
• Prepare candidate profiles and shortlists for client presentation
• Support client check-ins and help keep clients updated on hiring progress
• Maintain documentation across client records, recruitment trackers, and HR documents
• Help build and improve internal processes as we grow
• Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to work smarter on routine tasks

Who We Are Looking For

• A fresher or recent graduate with a genuine interest in HR, talent acquisition, and operations
• Great spoken and written English; confident on calls with candidates and clients
• At least one prior internship or project involving HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, or employee engagement
• Eager to learn, open to feedback, and comfortable owning mistakes and fixing them
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable with follow-through
• Someone who looks for solutions, even when a problem isn't strictly theirs to solve

Good-to-Have

• A degree or specialization in HR, business development or business management
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, or Indeed
• Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets
• Proficiency in Hindi, Marathi, or other regional languages
