Job summary

Techdome seeks a Founder's Office or Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO and CTO, turning strategic conversations into concrete outcomes. You will convert ideas into action plans, chase cross-functional projects until they close, and craft client-facing materials for stakeholders.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, BD, and Ops to move priorities from discussion to execution, identify bottlenecks, and apply AI and automation to streamline the business.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1.5 years in Founder's Office, BizOps, Strategy, BD, or startup role.
• Ability to work independently without a defined playbook.
• Strong ownership mindset to identify gaps and close them.
• Able to adapt to shifting priorities and ambiguity mid-week.
• Proficient in creating sharp PowerPoint decks and Excel/Sheets models.
• Comfort with AI tools as part of daily workflow.
• Discretion handling confidential information and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Research markets, competitors, and customers, and turn findings into clear recommendations.
• Identify repetitive manual work—research, reporting, documentation—and fix it with AI and automation.
• Own special projects that don't fit neatly into any single team's scope.

In this role, you will convert ideas into action plans, chase cross-functional projects until they close, build client-facing materials, and identify opportunities to make the business run smarter through AI and automation. You will work closely with Engineering, Marketing, BD, and Ops teams to make sure priorities move from discussion to execution.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to work independently without a defined playbook

• Comfortable when priorities shift mid-week and things are ambiguous
• Ability to build sharp PowerPoint decks and Excel/Sheets models
• Comfortable using AI tools as a default part of your workflow, not an afterthought
• Strong discretion with confidential information and ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping details

Good to Have

• Startup or founder's office experience, especially in high-pressure situations
• Client-facing or BD experience
• Hands-on experience with Notion, Asana, or Trello
• Understanding of how AI, SaaS, Healthcare, Fintech, or Enterprise Tech businesses operate
• An MBA is a plus, but a track record of getting things done matters more
