We are looking for a high-ownership, analytically strong professional to join the Founder’s Office at a fast-growing consumer tech company. This role will work closely with the Founder(s) and Leadership Team on strategic priorities, new initiatives, and day-to-day execution across business, product, growth, and operations.

This is a high-impact role offering deep exposure to building and scaling a consumer business from the inside.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Business Execution

• Work directly with the Founder(s) on key strategic initiatives, market expansion, and growth priorities
• Drive execution of cross-functional projects across Product, Growth, Marketing, Ops, and Partnerships
• Track OKRs, business metrics, and ensure timely follow-ups with internal teams
• Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to support decision-making
• Evaluate new categories, monetization opportunities, and partnerships
• Support GTM planning and experimentation across channels

Founder Support & Special Projects

• Act as a thought partner to the Founder(s) on problem-solving and decision-making
• Own end-to-end special projects — from idea to execution
• Prepare presentations, business cases, and leadership updates

Operations & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (vendors, partners, investors when required)
• Help streamline internal processes and improve operational efficiency

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3–8 years of experience in Founder’s Office, Strategy, Consulting, Startup Ops, or Business roles
