Aptita is seeking a Founder's Office Associate in Mumbai to support high-level strategic work. You will leverage MBA-level financial analysis, build and audit complex Excel models, and draft concise communications for senior leadership in a fast-paced startup environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in consulting, banking, corporate finance, or startup strategy, with a strong sense of ownership and discretion.

Qualifications

• MBA from a top-tier institute with 1–3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or startup strategy/ops.
• Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills; comfortable building and auditing spreadsheets independently.
• Strong written communication — can draft a clean, professional email or memo with minimal editing.
• High ownership and discretion — will be exposed to confidential financial, legal, and strategic information.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, founder-facing role with variable scope and shifting priorities.
• Prior startup exposure or early-stage company experience is a plus, not a requirement.
