• 2–6 years of experience in Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations, Program Management, or a high-growth startup.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• High ownership, bias for action, and attention to detail.
• MBA from a premier institute is preferred but not mandatory
