About the role

• Partner with the Founder across strategy, operations, and time-sensitive initiatives that shape the company's direction.
• Perform in-depth market analysis, competitive landscape studies, and broader business research to inform decision-making.
• Produce polished presentations, management information systems, and strategic reports for the leadership team.
• Design, build, and interpret spreadsheet-based financial models and performance dashboards.
• Liaise across departments to align efforts, monitor progress on key projects, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Take ownership of emerging priorities and see them through to completion with minimal supervision.
