Job summary

Hyatt Place Bhopal Rani Kamalapati Station is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the department in alignment with Hyatt International's standards. You will ensure smooth operation across all outlets, while meeting guest, staff and owner expectations.

You will act as the business manager and marketing specialist for the F&B division, driving profitability and brand compliance in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Ideal degree/diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant F&B Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager in a larger operation.
• Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills.
• Banqueting experience is an asset.

The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible to function as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure that all the outlets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.

Qualifications
