Job summary

tulåh Clinical Wellness is seeking a Food & Beverage Associate/Executive to interact with guests, take orders, and serve organic meals and wellness beverages. The role requires graduation in hotel management or a relevant degree with 1–6 years of experience in frontline F&B service.

As a frontline associate, you will coordinate with kitchen and juice-bar teams, ensure dining area hygiene, and attend to guest needs during wellness retreats and yoga programs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Experience : 1-6 Years

An F&B Associate is the frontline service staff member who interacts directly with guests, serves meals, and maintains daily dining room standards.

• Guest Greeting & Guidance: Welcome guests warmly, explain daily wellness or detox menus, and seat them comfortably.
• Order & Dietary Taking: Accurately record food and beverage orders, paying close attention to specific guest health restrictions, allergies, or prescribed wellness/dietary plans.
• Service Execution: Serve organic meals, cold-pressed juices, herbal teas, and wellness tonics with proper etiquette and presentation standards.
• Kitchen Coordination: Communicate special requests, portion adjustments, or timing needs smoothly with the culinary and juice-bar teams.
• Hygiene & Station Upkeep: Keep dining areas, side stations, buffets, and hydration counters clean, sanitized, and well-stocked throughout the shift.
• Guest Care & Feedback: Anticipate guest needs during silent retreats, yoga programs, or cleansing cycles, and report any service or dietary issues to the supervisor.
