Ennismore is seeking a Food and Beverage Executive to lead and coordinate restaurant and bar operations in Bengaluru. You will create a lively, guest-centric atmosphere while ensuring safety and compliance across shifts.

The role requires strong leadership, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage reservations, floor plans, stock, training, scheduling, and cash reporting with attention to detail.

• Assist with F&B stock, ordering and stock counts.
• Assist with training for the F&B team.
• Handle labour scheduling and related duties.
• Cash handling and daily reporting of revenues per SOPs.
• Oversee on-floor and on-bar service responsibilities.
• Ensure safe opening and closing of the restaurant.
• Collaborate with culinary team on menus and product availability.
