Job summary

Accor is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager in Hyderabad to lead daily F&B operations across outlets and ensure top service standards. You will train and develop the team, manage costs, and work with kitchen teams to deliver high-quality food and efficient service.

The role requires a diploma or higher in hospitality, 3+ years in hospitality management, RSA, and the ability to work a full-time seven-day roster, including holidays. Aviation security checks may be required.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience leading an F&B team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Diploma or higher in hospitality management.
  • Minimum three years hospitality management experience in restaurant, cafe, hotel, airport lounge or similar F&B operations.
  • Experience with stock control, purchasing, operational budgets and record keeping.
  • Knowledge of food safety, workplace health and safety and responsible service of alcohol (RSA).
  • Strong communication, organisation, leadership and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work full-time across a seven-day rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Current RSA, or ability to obtain one.
  • Ability to successfully obtain Aviation Security Identification Card and pass security checks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets.
  • Lead, train, motivate, and develop the F&B team to deliver excellent service.
  • Ensure consistently high standards of customer service, food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond professionally to feedback and complaints.
  • Manage staffing levels, rotas, attendance, and departmental performance.
  • Control food, beverage, labour, and operational costs.
  • Monitor stock levels, purchasing, wastage, and inventory control.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and efficient service.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, licensing, and company policies.
  • Manage F&B budgets and contribute to revenue and profitability targets.
  • Analyse sales, costs, and performance reports and implement improvements where required.
  • Support menu development, promotions, events, and new F&B initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and ensure value for money.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment across all F&B areas.
  • Ensure the team consistently follows company standards and procedures.
  • Work closely with senior management and other departments to ensure smooth overall operations.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have a genuine passion for hospitality and demonstrated experience leading a team within a fast-paced food & beverage environment.

You Will Also Have
  • A relevant qualification in hospitality management, such as a Diploma or higher qualification
  • A minimum three years relevant full-time experience in hospitality management within a restaurant, cafe, hotel, airport lounge or similar food & beverage operations
  • Demonstrated experience managing team members and coordinating daily food & beverage operations
  • Experience with stock control, purchasing, operational budgets and record keeping
  • Knowledge of food safety, workplace health and safety and responsible service of alcohol
  • Strong communication, organisation, leaderships and problem solving skills
  • The ability to work Full-Time across a seven day rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • A current responsible service of alcohol (RSA), or the ability to obtain one
  • The ability to successfully obtain and maintain Aviation Security Identification Card, including completion of required security background checks
