Job summary

Accor in Jaipur seeks an energetic Food & Beverage Executive to lead and inspire our F&B team, delivering outstanding service and memorable dining experiences for every guest.

You will oversee daily operations, train staff, coordinate with kitchen, manage inventory and costs, ensure food safety, and collaborate across departments to uphold the brand’s hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate team members.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and POS systems.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with a positive, customer-first mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and hospitality management software.
