• Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, providing knowledgeable recommendations when needed.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring all items meet quality and presentation standards.
• Monitor tables to ensure guests are satisfied with their meals and service, responding to requests and resolving any issues.
• Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Assist in the preparation and setup of the dining area for service, including arranging tables and chairs, and setting up decorations as needed.
• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and billing procedures.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages to ensure the health and safety of guests.
