Job summary

Miros Hotels & Resorts in India seeks a guest-facing server to warmly greet guests, assist with menu selections, and provide knowledgeable recommendations to enhance dining experiences.

You will take orders accurately, relay to kitchen and bar, serve promptly, monitor tables for satisfaction, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area while processing payments and ensuring safety standards. Training provided and opportunities to grow within our hospitality team.

• Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Assist in the preparation and setup of the dining area for service, including arranging tables and chairs, and setting up decorations as needed.
• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and billing procedures.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages to ensure the health and safety of guests.
