Job summary

Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA in Chennai seeks a change control and BoM specialist to manage Ford program changes, BOM structuring, and P-Release processes. You will collaborate with Engineering, Finance, HWIM, and Purchasing to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail are required to investigate BoM issues, drive root-cause analyses, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations for quality audits and ISO/EDMS standards.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Ford change control systems and terminology (WERS, FEDEBOM, BOM, CMM, PDL, EDMS, MMA, NTEI).
• Experience in Bill of Material structuring, change management, or P-Release processes within an automotive/engineering environment.
• Strong analytical skills to investigate BoM errors, perform root-cause analysis, and translate insights into recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills across Engineering, Finance, HWIM, and Purchasing.
• High attention to detail for financial audit control, quality checks, and ISO/EDMS compliance documentation.
• Ability to work to strict cadences and deadlines, providing mutual cover with peers for CMM and related meetings.
