Job summary

SEGULA Technologies in Chennai, India seeks a BoM and Change Control specialist to manage Ford change control systems, BoM structuring, and P-Release processes within an automotive/engineering context. You will investigate BoM discrepancies with root-cause analysis, drive improvements, and coordinate with Engineering, Finance, HWIM and Purchasing to ensure compliance and timely deliverables.

• Experience with Ford change control systems (WERS, FEDEBOM, BOM, CMM, PDL, EDMS, MMA, NTEI).
• Experience in BoM structuring, change management or P-Release processes within automotive/engineering.
• Strong analytical skills to investigate BoM errors and perform RCA.
• Excellent stakeholder management across Engineering, Finance, HWIM, and Purchasing.
• Attention to ISO/EDMS compliance and audit controls.
• Ability to meet strict cadences and coordinate with peers for CMM meetings.

• Strong working knowledge of Ford change control systems and terminology (WERS, FEDEBOM, BOM, CMM, PDL, EDMS, MMA, NTEI)
• Experience in Bill of Material structuring, change management, or P-Release processes within an automotive/engineering environment.
• Strong analytical skills to investigate BoM errors, perform root-cause analysis, and translate insights into recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills across Engineering, Finance, HWIM, and Purchasing.
• High attention to detail for financial audit control, quality checks, and ISO/EDMS compliance documentation.
• Ability to work to strict cadences and deadlines, providing mutual cover with peers for CMM and related meetings.
