Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. in Maharashtra is seeking an experienced professional to oversee BIW part development after Business Case/ROCM approval and WBS release, coordinating with cross‑functional teams.

You will lead RFQ processes, support quote evaluation, submit commercial proposals to SSU, and enable timely VOB closure, while facilitating PO releases for tooling and materials and tracking MRD, QCD targets and SOP readiness with STA and suppliers.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech degree in relevant engineering field.
• Experience in automotive sourcing and supplier management is preferred.
• Strong coordination with STA, SCM and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Execute BIW part development after Business Case/ROCM approval and WBS release.
• Coordinate supplier panel finalization for EVOB with SSU.
• Support vendor audits, DFM and TSO closure with STA and cross‑functional teams.
• Drive RFQs, support quote evaluation, and complete quote synthesis.
• Submit commercial proposals to SSU and enable timely VOB closure.
• Facilitate PO and advance release for tooling and materials.
• Jointly track FTG timelines with STA, SCM and suppliers until plant handover.
• Ensure MRD, QCD targets and SOP readiness.
