Job summary

Belhem India Pvt Ltd is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead city/region retail campaigns and drive store footfall in Hyderabad. You will plan in-store promotions, events, and local activations, coordinating with operations, VM, and central marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand execution.

The role requires experience in retail marketing or FMCG trade marketing and a MBA, with a strong focus on data-driven ROI and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Prior Experience in Retail Marketing / Grocery or FMCG Marketing / Trade Marketing.
• Graduation in any stream but MBA Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive city/region-level marketing strategy to increase store footfall and revenue.
• Plan localized campaigns including in-store promotions and events.
• Ensure retail branding and visual merchandising alignment across stores.
• Collaborate with store ops, category, VM, and central marketing teams.
• Manage and execute promotional calendars (weekly/monthly).
• Handle vendor and partner management to ensure cost efficiency.
• Drive customer engagement through community marketing and digital/local channels.
• Analyze sales and campaign data to optimize ROI.

Job description

• Drive city/region-level marketing strategy to increase store footfall, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  
• Plan and execute localized campaigns & activations including events, in-store promotions, society/corporate tie-ups, and seasonal initiatives.
  
• Ensure strong retail branding & visual merchandising alignment across stores, including signage, displays, layouts, and overall store ambiance.
  
• Collaborate with store operations, category, VM, and central marketing teams to deliver seamless campaign execution and impactful store launches.
  
• Manage and execute promotional calendars (weekly/monthly), including product launches, festive campaigns, and special promotions.
  
• Handle vendor and partner management (agencies, printers, event teams, media partners) ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
  
• Drive customer engagement & retention initiatives through community marketing, referrals, in-store experiences, and digital/local marketing channels.
  
• Analyze sales, footfall, and campaign performance data to optimize marketing effectiveness and improve ROI.
