Job summary

The role requires strong leadership and coordination with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The candidate should have extensive manufacturing experience, familiarity with assembly lines, and working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 25 years of experience in manufacturing, production supervision, or shop-floor management.
• Experience in assembly line operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production and assembly line operations.
• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality.
• Manage manpower deployment, attendance, and shift allocation.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, 5S, and workplace discipline.
• Resolve shop-floor issues and upscale breakdowns, material shortages, and delays.
• Track daily production output and prepare shift-wise reports.
• Reduce defects, rework, wastage, and production losses.
• Support operator training and continuous improvement initiatives.
