Job summary

BiofuelCircle is hiring a Fleet Planner to support PAN India operations, coordinating asset movement across depots, yards and regional sites including Nagpur and Solapur.

The ideal candidate will be platform- and ERP-savvy, with strong Windows tools experience, and excellent communication to align with Logistics and HQ teams.

You will help grow a cleantech startup's nationwide supply network by optimizing fleet utilization and adhering to platform SOPs.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of platform SOP processes and how to apply them in daily operations.
• Experience with ERP systems and basic Windows-based tools is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work with regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Logistic department to move machines between Depots, Yards, and Regions.
• Monitor asset utilization and ensure timely availability of spare parts and consumables.
• Track insurance claims and coordinate with HQ to regularize settlements.
• Coordinate with OEM/HQ for delivery of spare parts and consumables.
• Maintain fleet records for tools, mobile vans, and workshops in the platform.
• Ensure operations comply with platform processes and SOPs.
• Collaborate with regional staff and communicate feedback effectively.

We Are Hiring Fleet Planner (PAN India)

We are looking to hire Fleet Planners across multiple locations in India for our growing team.

Locations:

• Solapur
• Andhra Pradesh
• Nagpur
• Vidarbha
• Chhattisgarh
• Gujarat
• Madhya Pradesh

Key Purpose of the Role

BiofuelCircle aims to establish a Billion Dollar annual transaction volume on its digital platform by 2028. To get there, it needs to have >10,000 business subscribers and a reach to >1 million farmers.

The company has a unique business model that combines digital platform-based business with physical supply ecosystem. The Supply Operations function is a key element of the companys model, and broadly includes:

1. Aggregation Depots
2. Warehouse Network

The company intends to have upward of 500 Depots, 100 warehouses and 400 small biofuel manufacturing plants under its management

What will Key Tasks be involved?

Asset & Machine Utilization for Production

• Ensure Production asset per Bio-mass Bank availability including Spare Parts & Consumables available as per Seasonal Plan
• Co-ordinate with Logistic department to ensure movement of Machines between Banks/Yards/ Circle/Region.
• Co-ordinate with Insurance Claim department to ensure claim for the Region are regularized & monitor settlement of claims.
• Co-ordinate with OEM/HQ to ensure deliveries of Spare Parts & Consumables.
• Fleet Management asset like Tools, Mobile Van & Workshop record up-keeping in Platform.
• All operations to be executed as per Platform Process & SOP
• Responsible Team Member for Assets sweating in order to reach optimal utilization of all assets during their life cycle

Ideal Candidate Profile

• The BFC Fleet planner is digital Platform & Communication savvy. Able to move asset as per Production Plan of the Region/Cluster. Has worked in similar capability or Supervisors role in Logistic/ Farm Equipment, or other relevant industry
• Understand Platform/SOP/Process related to infra & use basic platform function
• Effective communicator, process driven and Windows & ERP exposure.
• Ability to work collaboratively with all regional level of company staff
• Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal
• Ability to communicate with 1 or more languages
• Knowledge of ERP & Windows is a must criteria.
