Job summary

BiofuelCircle's platform is used by business teams, operations teams, plants, transporters, and external partners to execute critical business processes. The Platform Operations Lead will be responsible for driving platform adoption, ensuring platform processes are followed, and helping teams successfully execute their business operations through the platform.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and effective usage of the BiofuelCircle platform across business and operations teams.
• Ensure platform processes are followed consistently and correctly.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and drive execution without continuous supervision.
• Work closely with users to understand operational challenges and drive solutions.
• Act as an extended team member and support critical platform activities when required.
• Monitor platform usage, process compliance, and operational performance.
• Identify adoption gaps and take corrective actions through training, coaching, or process improvements.
• Conduct user training sessions and implementation workshops.
• Review operational dashboards and reports to identify risks, bottlenecks, and execution gaps.
• Drive issue resolution and ensure timely closure of critical problems.
• Coordinate with Product and Technology teams on platform improvements and business requirements.
• Lead and mentor Platform Operations Executives and provide day-to-day guidance.
• Plan, prioritize, and review implementation and support activities across the team.
• Travel to plants, operational locations, and partner sites as required.
