Key Result Areas (KRA)

• Fleet Operations & Management Manage overall fleet operations, vehicle availability, utilization, and readiness.
• Route Planning & Optimization Plan efficient routes to reduce travel time, fuel consumption, and operational costs.
• Cost Analysis & Cost Optimization Analyze trip-wise transportation costs, fuel expenses, vehicle running costs, maintenance expenses, and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Driver Management Manage driver allocation, attendance, performance, and compliance.
• Vehicle Maintenance & Compliance Ensure timely maintenance and proper vehicle documentation.
• Delivery & SLA Management – Ensure on-time delivery and minimize delays, breakdowns, and operational issues.
• GPS & Fleet Tracking – Monitor vehicle movement, route adherence, and fleet utilization.
• MIS & Reporting – Prepare fleet performance, cost analysis, utilization, and operational reports.
• Issue Resolution – Handle breakdowns, accidents, route disruptions, and other transportation-related issues.
• Team Coordination – Coordinate with drivers, warehouse, operations, customer service, and management.
