Job summary

Mishita Enterprises in Pune district is seeking a proactive Fleet Operations professional to build and manage a delivery fleet, deploy riders, monitor attendance, and coordinate salary and issues to ensure top service levels.

You will act as the bridge between clients, riders, and the internal operations team, track MIS in Excel, and drive smooth day-to-day delivery execution to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet operations and rider management for delivery services.
• Strong command of Excel, Google Sheets, email and WhatsApp for daily ops.
• Ability to manage high-pressure daily operations and coordinate manpower.
• Excellent follow-up and problem-solving skills to resolve issues.
• Hindi and Marathi language skills preferred.
• Experience in courier, logistics, or last-mile delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive rider hiring and fleet onboarding via multiple sourcing channels.
• Coordinate daily rider deployment to meet client delivery needs.
• Close manpower requirements for active clients in a timely manner.
• Handle rider onboarding, documentation, and daily hygiene.
• Manage rider attendance, punctuality, discipline, and reporting.
• Monitor rider productivity, order execution, and service quality.
• Resolve rider-related issues including salary concerns and disputes.
• Coordinate salary inputs, payouts, incentives, and attendance records.
• Maintain follow-up with riders to ensure smooth delivery execution.
• Bridge clients, riders, and internal operations teams.
• Track MIS through Excel and prepare daily reports.
• Ensure customer complaints and delivery escalations are resolved quickly.
• Support in building a stable rider ecosystem for long-term operations.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly proactive Fleet Operations professional who can build and manage delivery fleet and ensure smooth execution of client delivery requirements on a daily basis. The role involves rider deployment, attendance monitoring, manpower planning, salary coordination, issue resolution, and maintaining strong service levels for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive rider hiring and fleet onboarding through multiple sourcing channels including personal networks, job portals, field recruiters, local references, vendor partners, and market activations to consistently fulfill delivery manpower requirements
• Coordinate daily rider deployment as per client delivery requirements to fulfil vacancies
• Ensure timely closure of manpower requirements for active clients
• Handle rider onboarding, documentation, and daily operational hygiene
• Manage rider attendance, punctuality, discipline, and daily reporting
• Monitor rider productivity, order execution, and service quality
• Resolve rider-related issues such as absenteeism, salary concerns, disputes, and performance gaps
• Coordinate salary inputs, payouts, incentives, and attendance records
• Maintain strong follow-up with riders to ensure smooth delivery execution

Required Skills

• Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability
• Hindi and Marathi speaking is preferable
• Experience in courier, logistics, quick commerce, or last-mile delivery preferred
