You will track hiring funnels, activation, and recruiter productivity, ensuring timely rider fulfillment and supporting business expansion. Strong stakeholder management is essential, with prior experience in Quick Commerce or hyperlocal

Qualifications

• 37 years of experience in rider hiring or gig workforce recruitment.
• Experience in Quick Commerce, Hyperlocal Delivery, Logistics, or rider hiring.
• Proven experience hiring riders at scale.
• Experience leading field recruitment teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and execution skills.
