Job summary

Zippee.delivery is seeking energetic Fleet Managers (Last Mile) for the Quick Commerce Operations team across Bengaluru. This field role requires proximity to Kalyan Nagar or Sarjapur and involves sourcing riders, managing a vendor network, and ensuring SLA adherence.

You will oversee end-to-end fleet operations, rider onboarding, attendance, and data tracking using MS Excel and Google Sheets. Graduate+ with 2–6 years in logistics is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of Operations/Last-Mile experience at Quick Commerce/courier/logistics companies.
• Education: Graduate and above
• Team management, stakeholder management, & independent decision-making experience are a must.
• Must have an owner's mindset. We are looking for owners, not employees.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Managing Delivery Riders Vendors: Sourcing riders via personal and vendor network, training, tracking performance, and handling grievances/issues.
• Team Management: Reducing rider turnover and meeting delivery SLA goals.
• Handling Issues: Volume increases, rider payments, and customer complaints in real-time.
• MIS/Data Management: Preparing data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• End-to-end fleet operations for Delivery Executives / Riders
• Daily fleet availability, utilization & productivity tracking
• Rider onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives
• Shift planning, attendance, and supply-demand balancing
• SLA adherence — delivery timelines, reliability & efficiency
