Qualifications

• Proficiency with Excel and WhatsApp Business.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily dispatch, routing, and load allocation.
• Manage driver assignments, attendance, and performance.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules, repairs, and roadworthiness checks.
• Ensure compliance with motor vehicle regulations, permits, and insurance renewals.
• Monitor GPS tracking data and generate daily/weekly fleet utilisation reports.
• Liaise with clients on time-sensitive and priority shipments.
• Identify and implement process improvements in fleet efficiency.
• Directly reporting to MD; fast decision making and ownership.
• Adopt GPS tracking and fleet management tools to improve operations.
• Grow into a senior operations leadership role as the function scales.
