Bozzo Cabs Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad is hiring a Driver & Partner Onboarding Executive to build and nurture our driver-partner network. The role focuses on outbound calls, onboarding, and driving partner activity on the Bozzo platform.

You will engage taxi, auto and bike drivers, explain benefits, assist with app installation, collect KYC documents, and help partners become active and complete their first ride in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Coordinating with the verification team to complete onboarding.
• Following up with pending and interested partners.
• Helping new partners understand the app and onboarding process.
• Ensuring onboarded partners become active on the platform.
• Following up to ensure partners complete their first ride.
• Maintaining daily onboarding records and reports.
• Supporting field-level driver acquisition activities when required.

Bozzo Cabs is building its driver-partner network in Hyderabad, and we’re looking for energetic, people-oriented individuals to join our Ground Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach Bike, Auto and Car driver partners onto the Bozzo platform.
• Calling and engaging potential driver partners
• Explaining Bozzo's platform, benefits and onboarding process

• Good at convincing and building relationships
• Comfortable making outbound calls
• Target-oriented and persistent with follow-ups
• Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications
• Able to maintain basic Excel/Google Sheets records
• Willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Comfortable with both phone-based and field activities

Languages

Telugu, Hindi & English are required.

Experience

0–3 years

Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to work with targets are welcome.

Compensation

Driver & Partner Onboarding Executive: ₹8,000 - 12,000/month + Performance Incentives
