CIEL HR in India is seeking a Field Operations Manager to drive field activities across a delivery network. You will manage onboarding of delivery executives, ensure first order delivery, and resolve on-ground issues while maintaining high engagement with 40+ executives daily.

The role requires strong people management, local geography knowledge, and willingness to travel extensively on a bike. You will own a zone and work closely with ops teams to optimize delivery performance and retention.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of experience managing blue-collar workforce, field operations, logistics, sales, or operations.
• Strong people management and supervisory skills.
• Good knowledge of local geography and fluency in the local language.
• Go-getter attitude with excellent problem-solving ability.
• Customer-focused with good communication skills.
• Basic MS Excel knowledge is preferred.
