Job summary

wroots global pvt ltd is seeking a Customer Support Executive Voice for Fintech processes in Bengaluru. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve queries related to banking and financial services, and provide prompt, professional assistance.

The role requires experience in Bank Process and Fintech Voice Support, strong Hindi communication, and immediate availability. Work six days a week with one rotational week off and on-site work at Kudlu Gate, Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Experience in Bank Process is mandatory.
• Fintech customer support voice experience is mandatory.
• Strong Hindi communication skills.
• UG graduate with good Hindi communication skills.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer support s for a leading Fintech/Banking process while providing prompt and professional assistance.
• Resolve customer queries related to banking/financial services with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Mandatory: Minimum experience in Bank Process and Fintech Customer Support (Voice Process).
• Qualification: Any Graduate (UG) with good Hindi communication skills.
• Salary: Up to 6.5 LPA | Work Schedule: 6 days working with 1 rotational week off | Work Location: Kudlu Gate, Bengaluru.
