Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions through international voice support.
• Assist customers with banking-related queries, account concerns, and service requests.
• Understand customer issues and provide accurate, timely, and effective resolutions.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, professionalism, and compliance during all interactions.
• Meet defined performance, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Coordinate with internal and backend teams for issue resolution and escalations when required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow established processes.

Eligibility Criteria

• Undergraduate and Graduate candidates are eligible to apply.
• Freshers and candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in International Voice Process, BPO, Customer Service, or Customer Support are welcome.

• Comfortable working in rotational night shifts.
