Handle inbound and outbound customer support s for a leading Fintech/Banking process while providing prompt and professional assistance. Resolve customer queries related to banking/financial services with excellent communication and customer service skills. Mandatory: Minimum experience in Bank Process and Fintech Customer Support (Voice Process). Qualification: Any Graduate (UG) with good Hindi communication skills. Salary: Up to 6.5 LPA | Work Schedule: 6 days working with 1 rotational week off | Work Location: Kudlu Gate, Bengaluru.
