Qualifications

• Qualified CA (CA/ACA) from ICAI is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and finalization of standalone and consolidated financial statements, notes to accounts and statutory disclosures under Ind AS/IFRS.
• Drive end-to-end statutory audit engagements, coordinating with external auditors and resolving technical accounting queries.
• Maintain and reconcile the Fixed Asset Register (FAR), including asset capitalization, depreciation, CWIP tracking and physical verification.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations, analytical reviews and IFC assessments to ensure audit readiness.
• Supervise period-end closures, trial balance reviews, and compliance with Companies Act and reporting timelines.

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to oversee end-to-end financial reporting, statutory audit closures, and asset accounting. The role drives seamless audit finalization in compliance with Ind AS/IFRS alongside robust governance of the Fixed Asset Register (FAR).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and finalization of standalone/consolidated financial statements, notes to accounts, and statutory disclosures under Ind AS/IFRS.
• Drive end-to-end statutory audit engagements, managing deliverables and resolving complex technical accounting queries with external auditors.
• Maintain and reconcile the Fixed Asset Register (FAR), overseeing asset capitalization, depreciation computations, CWIP tracking, and physical verification.
• Perform rigorous balance sheet reconciliations, analytical reviews, and Internal Financial Controls (IFC) assessments to ensure audit readiness.
• Supervise period-end ledger closures, trial balance reviews, and compliance with the Companies Act and statutory reporting timelines.

Candidate Criteria

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA / ACA from ICAI) is strictly mandatory.
• 2 to 6 years of post-qualification experience in Statutory Audit, Financial Reporting, and Fixed Asset Accounting (Big 4, top-tier accounting firm, or corporate reporting experience preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of Ind AS, schedule finalization, FAR management, and hands‑on experience with ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally.
