Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards / Ind AS.
• GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures.
• Prepare and finalize standalone and consolidated financial statements.
• Perform ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and balance sheet schedules.
• Independently handle statutory, tax, internal, and regulatory audits.
• Coordinate with auditors and resolve audit observations.
• Manage real estate accounting, including project costs, land acquisitions, construction expenses, and project profitability.
• Handle accounting and valuation of investments, mutual funds, bonds, equity instruments, and group investments.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.
• Manage banking transactions, fund positioning, payment controls, cash flow planning, and working capital.
• Prepare monthly MIS, management reports, variance analysis, budgets, and forecasts.
• Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.
